What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and support housekeeping staff
• schedule daily assignments and monitor productivity
• inspect resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
• ensure compliance with infection-prevention protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
• train new team members
• maintain supplies and inventory and report equipment needs
• address resident, family, and visitor concerns
• partner with department leaders to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming facility.
