The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $19.50–$20.50 per hour. The assistant manager works alongside the Local Manager to support seasonal photo operations, team development, sales, and guest service. The role helps prepare the location, resolve service issues, and maintain procedures so families have a positive Santa visit and photo experience.

What you'll do

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment
• support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
