The Classroom Security Paraprofessional works onsite in Galesburg, Illinois. The Monday–Friday schedule varies with transportation routes, within the stated 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. hours. Pay is $17.97–$27.06 per hour. The Menta Academy Galesburg program serves students from prekindergarten through age 21 and supports their educational and behavioral needs. This role supports classroom instruction and student safety while helping students with academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs. It also includes transporting students by school van before and after school, supporting continuity between transportation and the school day.
