What you'll do

• Review applications, exposure information, loss runs, and supporting documents
• identify missing or inconsistent information
• rate and quote commercial lines
• select appropriate carrier markets
• submit new business to carriers and underwriters
• communicate about eligibility, pricing, coverage, and requirements
• compare quotes and coverage
• prepare quote summaries and recommendations
• follow up on submissions
• assist with proposals, applications, binding requests, and policy issuance
• maintain accurate agency records
• build carrier relationships
• and track marketing and quoting activity.
