What you'll do

• Review new files within 48 hours and check compliance-document timing
• maintain a pipeline of 25 or more loan files
• order documents required by automated underwriting findings and investor or agency requirements
• track documents in Encompass
• review received documents and follow up on discrepancies
• calculate verified income or verify assets
• prepare files for underwriting
• clear approval or suspense conditions
• ensure closing documents are present
• submit files to closing after clear-to-close approval
• respond to transaction inquiries
• assist with post-closing conditions
• meet branch or corporate processing KPIs.
