Customer Service Account Manager

What you'll do

• Enter and maintain order data in the ERP-based production and order management system
• confirm specifications, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements
• coordinate artwork communication and approvals
• monitor order progress across departments
• identify and resolve order discrepancies, artwork concerns, delivery risks, and quality issues
• maintain documentation and system integrity
• provide responsive customer service.
