What you'll do

• Provide hypercare support after SAP EWM implementations
• own moderately complex and high-priority support tickets through resolution
• analyze root causes across configuration, master data, interfaces, and custom objects
• configure solutions and design fixes and minor enhancements
• identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
• track system performance
• lead testing and validate results with business users
• document support processes and resolutions
• apply updates and security patches
• travel up to 25–50% to client sites for onsite go-live and hypercare support
• informally mentor junior consultants.
