The Customer Success Representative (CSR) is an onsite, full-time role based in Denver, Colorado; the listing location is Englewood, CO. The CSR supports families, schools, donors, and internal partners by handling customer cases from first contact through resolution, guiding scholarship applicants, reviewing applications, and maintaining accuracy and compliance during high-volume periods.

What you'll do

• Provide phone, email, and chat support using ServiceNow
• answer questions and resolve issues about scholarship programs and applications
• own cases through resolution
• support and verify applications, including manual review when needed
• follow program rules and compliance requirements
• collaborate on complex cases
• participate in operational projects, data cleanup, system validation, and customer experience improvements
• maintain customer-facing program components.
