What you'll do

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assess customer needs
• acquire new accounts and maximize existing accounts
• support service activations, account changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory sales, and plan upgrades
• work with store management on opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits
• maintain store appearance and follow company policies
• meet assigned performance metrics.
