What you'll do

• Cultivate, steward, and retain donors through relationship management, strategic communications, and events
• develop fundraising strategies and manage donor pipelines and retention data
• collaborate with the development team on donor recognition and stewardship
• support the Chief Development Officer as a backup
• strengthen the LGC and Annual Fund programs
• represent development to donors and stakeholders
• pursue fundraising ideas and funding from individuals, corporations, and foundations in the Chicago area.

Why this role

Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends for special events. CFRE certification is preferred.
