Insurance Sales Representative

The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time onsite role in Scottsdale, AZ. Compensation is $18 per hour during licensing and training, then $23 per hour after licensing and appointment, plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities. GetMeHealthcare’s Scottsdale sales team is expanding for the 2026 open enrollment season. The representative helps prospective clients identify health coverage needs, understand available products, and complete enrollment. The role builds client relationships and a residual book of business while supporting the agency’s growth through company-provided leads and individual sales goals.

What you'll do

• Connect with prospective clients using company-provided leads
