What you'll do

• Complete work orders and community maintenance

• identify maintenance needs and liability hazards and report them to the manager
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• follow make-ready direction
• make repairs and replacements needed for occupancy
• adhere to safety policies and procedures
• work odd schedules and be on call.
