Job overview

The Vice President of Business Transformation role is onsite in Rochester, NY. Compensation is $175,000–$215,000 annually. Keller Executive Search is conducting the search for an events and experiential services organization. The executive will lead company-wide initiatives to improve scalability, technology adoption, operating efficiency, and cross-functional performance. The role establishes a transformation roadmap, oversees process and systems changes, and works with leaders across commercial, creative, production, finance, and technology functions to strengthen service delivery and organizational performance.

What you'll do

• Establish and lead a company-wide business transformation roadmap
• identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve margins, and strengthen service delivery
• oversee process redesign, systems implementation, and organizational change initiatives
• develop performance measures for major transformation programs
• partner with commercial, creative, production, finance, and technology leaders
• build adoption plans and maintain clear communication during change.
