The Senior Retail Associate — Cherry Creek Store is an onsite, full-time position in Denver, CO. Compensation is listed at $24–$27 per hour. The role supports Thuma’s new Cherry Creek team and its in-store customer experience. The associate serves customers, maintains the store’s visual presentation and inventory, builds client relationships, and supports store operations. As a brand ambassador and keyholder, the role contributes to daily store goals and may assist with customer service emails, cafe service, appointments, and future onboarding and training support.

What you'll do

• Provide personalized customer service
• maintain merchandising and replenish stock
• demonstrate product and brand knowledge
• operate point-of-sale, inventory, and clienteling systems
• serve as a brand ambassador and keyholder
• build client relationships
• respond to customer service emails when needed
• step into the cafe as needed
• maintain store cleanliness
• support back-of-house operations and in-store appointments
• grow to support onboarding and training.
