What you'll do

• Support the Manager on Duty and shift management
• communicate daily assignments
• maintain customer service during busy operations
• take customer orders in person and by phone
• oversee pre-close tasks
• handle register counts, cash, coupons, and daily reports
• follow food preparation, waste tracking, and cost procedures
• assist with inventory and stock ordering
• prepare menu items
• clean and restock work areas
• resolve customer complaints
• cross-train and coordinate with team members.
