The Addictions Counselor role is onsite in Ashland, OR, with pay of $26–$33.23 per hour. Kolpia Counseling provides mental health and substance use counseling and is part of Options for Southern Oregon, a behavioral health nonprofit. The counselor provides client-centered, evidence-based and trauma-informed substance use screening, assessment, and treatment. The role manages a caseload, develops treatment plans and groups, documents care, collaborates with the treatment team, and connects clients with recovery resources and other services.

What you'll do

• Conduct substance use screening and assessments

• facilitate client groups
• document services and outcomes
• participate in supervision and behavioral-emergency management
• connect clients with resources and recovery programs
• and transport clients and travel between sites as required.
