Mobile Crisis Therapist – EMPACT Pool

Mobile Crisis Therapist – EMPACT Pool is a part-time, onsite role based out of Glendale and Tempe, AZ, with weekday and weekend evening and overnight coverage. Compensation is not specified. EMPACT, part of the La Frontera family, provides behavioral health counseling, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention services. The therapist responds to crisis calls and provides counseling, follow-up, case management, and care coordination for youth, adults, and families. The role supports continuity of care and works with first responders and community partners in a fast-paced crisis setting.

What you'll do

• Respond to crisis calls
• provide in-home, in-office, and community-based crisis counseling and follow-up
• coordinate care and communication across agency departments and partner organizations
• maintain clinical records and required documentation
• support team members
• help oversee department vehicles and report incidents
• participate in department meetings and required supervision.

Why this role
