What you'll do

• Administer Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
• configure and secure devices with Intune
• oversee remote monitoring and management tools
• administer VoIP systems
• manage Azure virtual machines and patch cycles
• maintain WordPress environments, backups, and security
• enforce endpoint protection, encryption, MFA, and secure configurations
• partner with compliance on cyber controls
• maintain IT procedures, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and disaster recovery plans
• provide first-line support
• manage IT vendors and inform procurement decisions.
