Early Preschool Teacher Assistant

The Early Preschool Teacher Assistant role is onsite in Franklin, WI, with pay of $13.40–$17.42 per hour. The role supports Cadence Education’s early childhood programs and classroom team. Working under the School Director and classroom leadership, the assistant helps maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment and supports children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs. The role contributes to classroom activities, curriculum implementation, and safety and licensing compliance.

What you'll do

• Support a respectful classroom environment
• welcome children and families
• assist with individual developmental and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• support curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and coworkers
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• attend required meetings and training.
