Scale Service Technician

Job overview

The Scale Service Technician role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with pay of $24–$28 per hour. The technician supports Kanawha Scales & Systems customers by maintaining accurate and reliable industrial and commercial weighing equipment.

What you'll do

• Install and set up scales
• calibrate and adjust equipment
• perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• inspect components for wear and functionality
• maintain service and calibration records
• communicate with customers about service needs and technical questions
• follow safety protocols
• ensure serviced scales meet quality and regulatory standards
• track tools, parts, and equipment.
