What you'll do

• Assist with managing and monitoring IT operations
• manage Office 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange
• support Azure services including Entra, Intune, and virtual machines
• monitor and maintain PCs, servers, network connectivity, and performance
• respond to production outages
• provide companywide end-user support
• support phones and computer hardware and software
• process account setup and termination requests.
