MEP Manager

Job overview

MEP Manager is primarily office-based with field visits to complex projects, based in Fond du Lac, WI, with compensation of $100,000–$150,000 per year. C.D. What you'll do

• Assist preconstruction with early MEPFP budgets and system selections
• develop project-specific scopes and responsibility matrices
• secure and review subcontractor proposals and change orders
• guide value engineering
• lead subcontractor scoping and award recommendations
• identify early procurement items
• manage design constraints and participate in design meetings
• coordinate MEPFP activities through design, construction, commissioning, and owner training
• establish design checkpoints
• manage budgets and cost updates
• support phasing and sequencing plans
• mediate trade conflicts
• maintain client and owner relationships.
