Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is an onsite role in Hugo, MN, paying $25–$27 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Thursday and Sunday, 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Central. Meyer Distributing is a wholesale distributor, and Meyer Logistics supports its nationwide shipping network. The supervisor directs warehouse operators and helps ensure products are accurately sorted, staged, and loaded. The role coordinates staff, equipment, safety, training, and shift administration to support reliable warehouse and shipping operations.

What you'll do

• Direct warehouse operators and loaders
• keep dispersers on the line as needed
• guide stacking, banding, and wrapping of skids
• locate parts and verify correct processing
• check loads
• disperse products by receiving location
• operate multiple types of equipment
• assist with stocking and picking
• ensure trucks are loaded safely and accurately
• create second-shift schedules and approve time cards
• communicate issues with HR and warehouse management
• secure the building at shift end.

Why this role

One year of warehouse experience and ability to operate two types of equipment are preferred. Forklift certification must be obtained within three months. High school graduation or equivalent is preferred.
