What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage software developers
• set priorities, assign work, and manage resources
• contribute to software design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• provide technical leadership for the manufacturing execution system and production-critical platforms
• collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on process improvements
• own solutions through the development lifecycle
• oversee scalable architectures and integrations
• lead technical and code reviews
• support relational databases, data models, procedures, queries, reporting, and integrations
• establish development, documentation, testing, security, and code-quality standards
• manage planning, status, risks, and resource allocation
• resolve complex production issues
• partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations
• evaluate technologies and maintain technical roadmaps.
