Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Job overview

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Kansas City, KS; compensation is $40–$45 per hour. The supervisor supports maintenance in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. The role leads maintenance personnel and combines technical oversight, workforce development, preventive maintenance, and compliance. Its purpose is to keep production equipment, machinery, and facilities safe, reliable, and efficient while minimizing unplanned downtime and supporting site performance goals.

What you'll do

• Train, coach, supervise, and schedule maintenance technicians
• assign and follow up on work orders
• develop and improve preventive maintenance plans
• oversee repairs and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, controls, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems
• lead root-cause problem solving
• maintain SAP documentation
• enforce safety, environmental, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• support budgets, vendors, inspections, audits, and cross-functional improvement.
