What you'll do

• Develop and maintain school culture that promotes leadership, confidence, student voice, and academic excellence
• implement and monitor behavior management, restorative practices, and positive behavior interventions
• lead social-emotional learning, character development, and wellness initiatives
• oversee student conduct and discipline
• respond to behavioral issues and communicate with families
• partner with counseling staff
• collaborate with instructional staff and school leaders
• document incidents and support safety compliance.
