Address and resolve complex customer technical questions and issues related to FW Murphy products. Reverse engineer customer miswirings and equipment misuse to determine root causes and solutions. Troubleshoot and advise engineering teams on programming and hardware-related issues. Install and simulate control programs to replicate and resolve field-reported problems.
