The Senior Distribution Engineer is an onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA. , and this position supports the Power Delivery Services Team, which provides critical infrastructure expertise to utility clients. This role exists to ensure the quality and efficiency of electric utility design engineering projects. The engineer will manage project scope, develop complex work packages, and perform technical analysis to support client standards and operational goals.

What you'll do

• Perform design engineering for electric utility customers
• develop work packages for OH, UG, URD, and Make Ready
• manage scope, schedule, and budget
• perform functional tasks and customer follow-up
• maintain schedule adherence
• initiate continuous improvement to workflow processes
• coordinate field engineering design requirements
• develop large design packages for complex projects
• perform field data collection.
