What you'll do

• Develop and execute the Pacific Northwest interior design business development strategy
• use an established network to generate client relationships and opportunities
• build relationships with developers, owners, municipalities, brokers, consultants, contractors, and industry influencers
• represent the firm at industry and community events
• lead client meetings and pursuit strategies
• advise clients and align services with their goals
• collaborate with marketing and technical teams
• monitor market trends
• coach and mentor designers and project leaders.
