Water Restoration Lead Technician

The Water Restoration Lead Technician role is onsite in Alexandria, VA. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour. Lightspeed Restoration is growing its emergency water-damage mitigation services and building a dedicated 24/7 response team. The lead technician oversees a crew and manages water-damage mitigation work from production through completion. The role supports safe, timely, and profitable project delivery through hands-on work, quality assurance, job documentation, and coordination of equipment and resources.

What you'll do

• Respond to emergency water-damage mitigation situations as part of a rotating on-call roster
• manage production and perform hands-on mitigation work as required by the written scope
• lead the crew to deliver projects safely and on time
• manage job costs and production times
• document projects with photos and contracts
• enforce job-site safety measures
• support related service lines as needed.
