What you'll do

• Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for complex, high-severity production incidents
• lead root cause analysis and implement permanent resolutions
• support policy administration, claims, billing, rating, and underwriting platforms
• participate in incident, problem, and change management
• assist with deployments and post-release validation
• use SQL and analyze logs, batch jobs, APIs, and integrations
• collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 teams and business stakeholders
• maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
• support nightly processing, renewals, and high-volume transactions.

Why this role
