Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is an onsite position in Danielson, CT, paying $18.00–$19.25 per hour. The position maintains SPIROL’s headquarters facilities, grounds, and equipment. What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, including shoveling or sanding walkways and caring for flower beds and shrubs
• perform carpentry, floor, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs
• paint building interiors and exteriors
• identify issues and propose solutions to reduce costs and improve performance.
