z/OS Connect API Architecture Engineer

What you'll do

• Install and configure IBM z/OS Connect EE and WebSphere Liberty from scratch
• develop REST APIs
• expose CICS and DB2 transactions through API contracts
• maintain service definitions, mappings, YAML configurations, and OpenAPI specifications
• configure authentication
• implement CI/CD pipelines
• support APIM integration
• troubleshoot performance, security, and connectivity
• develop onboarding templates and API accelerators.
