What you'll do

• Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained and follow company procedures
• uphold food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer-service standards
• manage costs including cash, food, labor, supplies, and energy
• set up cash registers and support smooth shift transitions
• supervise and direct team members
• train team members when requested
• complete shift reports and documentation
• conduct operational walk-throughs
• enforce safety and security procedures.
