What you'll do

• Lead bar and floor service standards
• conduct bar pre-shifts and participate in front-of-house pre-shifts
• address guest concerns
• oversee drink quality
• lead staff meetings, training, coaching, and feedback
• manage scheduling and time adjustments
• maintain cleanliness and organization
• coordinate menu and point-of-sale updates with front- and back-of-house teams
• manage bar cost of goods, inventory, and ordering
• complete sales reporting, cash deposits, discount tracking, and end-of-day communications
• assist guests and floor operations as needed.
