What you'll do

• Review and update the General Studies curriculum
• oversee curriculum implementation, report cards, progress reports, and assessments
• recruit, interview, and hire faculty with the Head of School
• mentor and evaluate teachers
• support professional development
• oversee student life and discipline for grades 1–4
• assist with student placement
• communicate with parents
• collaborate on strategic initiatives, scheduling, and policy
• procure instructional resources
• plan special projects and school-wide programs.
