Warehouse Operations Support Specialist — Second Shift

The Warehouse Operations Support Specialist works onsite in Indianapolis, IN. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 3:00 p.m. Pay is $19–$21 per hour plus a $2-per-hour shift differential. The role supports Porter Pipe & Supply warehouse operations and customer orders requiring Material Test Reports (MTRs). The specialist matches and verifies MTR documentation to materials and orders while also picking, packing, labeling, and staging products. Accurate records and safe material handling help ensure customers receive the correct products with the required certification documents.

What you'll do

• Process MTRs for pipe and fittings requiring certification
• match reports to material and customer orders
• review specifications, manufacturing information, heat numbers, and required documentation
• maintain MTR and order records using Excel and Microsoft Office
• verify product information, quantities, and documents before shipment
• communicate with internal teams and customers about MTRs and orders
• pick, pack, label, and stage materials
• operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely
• maintain an organized warehouse.
