What you'll do

• Process supplier accounts payable with required documentation, controls, and approvals
• code invoices to general ledger accounts
• ensure timely payments
• research and reconcile vendor discrepancies
• prepare reports using Excel and AP software
• maintain vendor files
• prepare federal and state income tax payments
• support depreciation and amortization details and state apportionment calculations
• maintain tax calendars
• and assist with tax account analysis and year-end close.
