Job overview

The Universal Banker 1 role is onsite in Buffalo, MN, with a 40-hour weekly schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $18.50–$21 per hour. The position supports MidCountry Bank’s community banking services and customer relationships. The banker handles teller transactions, opens and services accounts, and refers customers to relevant bank products and services. The role also supports branch controls, accurate records, and customer service in person and by phone.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
• greet customers and assist with banking needs
• balance cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs
• open and maintain consumer, business, HSA, and IRA accounts
• cross-sell bank and non-bank products
• review operational controls
• complete reports and audits
• attend training and represent the bank at community events.
