What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Chef with daily culinary operations and team supervision
• oversee food preparation, production, cooking, garnishment, and presentation
• assist with food costs and account expenditures
• support menu planning and execution
• coach culinary associates
• maintain food quality, sanitation, and safety
• support ordering, inventory, production planning, and waste controls
• support new culinary programs and guest experience.
