What you'll do
- Collect information for the MDS from medical records, bedside assessments, and staff, resident, or family interviews
- participate in daily PPS, weekly Medicare, and month-end meetings
- review plans of care at least quarterly and with each comprehensive assessment
- provide ongoing education about the RAI process and changes.
