What you'll do

• Monitor sanitation and good manufacturing practices
• check critical control points, including cooking and cooling temperatures
• complete required documentation
• check thermometers and scales for accuracy
• place out-of-specification product on quality hold and stop the line or hold product when food safety concerns arise
• follow food-safety programs and procedures.
