Facilities Assistant

The Facilities Assistant role is onsite in Rolla, MO, supporting Compass Health Network’s Southern Region. The assistant helps maintain facility operations across regional locations through supply delivery, cleaning and sanitization, inventory organization, grounds upkeep, and support for maintenance projects. Regular travel between Southern Region office locations is required to help keep facilities safe and ready for care.

What you'll do

• Support delivery and organization of supplies and materials across locations
• assist with cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization
• maintain warehouse organization and assist with inventory counts
• help maintain exterior grounds, including trash removal and basic landscaping
• assist maintenance staff with furniture moves and facility projects
• keep facility vehicles clean and ready
• provide backup housekeeping and general facility support.
