What you'll do

• Coordinate daily field operations and trade workflows
• direct carpenters, apprentices, and laborers
• perform timber framing, structural modifications, cabinetry installation, millwork, and finish carpentry
• interpret architectural and structural plans and MEP schematics
• coordinate subcontractors
• communicate with homeowners, architects, and project managers
• enforce Cal/OSHA safety requirements
• track deliveries, schedules, and budget parameters.
