The THRIVE JBCT Program Director role is onsite in Reno, NV, at the Washoe County Detention Facility. Compensation is not specified. NaphCare provides healthcare services to correctional facilities; the role leads the facility’s Jail Based Competency Treatment program. The director provides overall clinical leadership, operational oversight, and administrative management for a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. The role coordinates treatment and forensic services for individuals found incompetent to stand trial, supporting stabilization, competency evaluation and restoration, and coordinated care in a correctional setting.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical and forensic operations, crisis management, personnel, staff training, admissions and discharges, court communications, care coordination, data management, incident reporting, policy development, clinical supervision as indicated, and team-building
• ensure quality assurance
• collaborate with NaphCare leadership, the sheriff’s office, state behavioral health authorities, courts, and other stakeholders.
