The Personal Care Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant role is in person in Goldsboro, NC, with compensation of $18 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; the role provides home care under the supervision and direction of the Service Supervisor and, for care procedures, a Registered Nurse. The role supports clients’ wellbeing and daily living by providing personal care, household assistance, and care-related documentation in clients’ homes. It also communicates changes in client condition to the appropriate agency supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, hygiene, bathing, grooming, linen changes, meals, eating, bathroom needs, and incontinence care according to the plan of care
• perform light housekeeping
• respond to client requests
• use equipment safely
• maintain a clean vehicle for client transportation
• document care and progress
• report pertinent changes in client condition
• communicate availability to the coordinator
• maintain client confidentiality.
