What you'll do

• Lead dine-in, drive-thru, and mobile-order shifts
• ensure food preparation and order accuracy
• open and close the restaurant
• reconcile cash and manage deposits
• monitor product levels and place supply orders
• maintain a safe and clean workplace
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews
• help create weekly schedules
• resolve team and guest concerns
• support promotions and brand standards.
