Senior Desktop Support Technician

The Senior Desktop Support Technician role is onsite in Richmond, VA, at Virginia Tax. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Support Windows 11 or higher, Microsoft Office including Outlook and Microsoft 365, PC hardware, peripherals, and networks. Perform laptop refresh processes, software installations and configurations, and hardware and software troubleshooting. Use SCCM, Remote Desktop, and Dameware to connect to workstations
• maintain knowledge of SCCM/SMS, drivers, and BIOS. Provide customer service and communicate with users and teammates.
