What you'll do

  • Serve as a first point of contact for students visiting Academic Success and Academic Affairs
  • assist with appointment check-in and referrals
  • support departmental projects and resources
  • maintain institutional database information and monitor the department inbox
  • prepare meeting materials, take notes, and track action items
  • coordinate travel and professional development logistics
  • support hiring and recruitment
  • assist with purchasing, invoices, supplies, and room reservations.
