The Production Associate – 1st Shift role is onsite at Spring Valley’s Jackson, Wisconsin plant. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., and starting pay is $18–$25+ per hour based on experience. Spring Valley manufactures fertilizers and ice melter products for customers in the United States and internationally. The associate helps produce and prepare materials for shipment by blending products, operating equipment, moving pallets and bulk materials, and maintaining clean work areas. The role contributes to safe, efficient plant production and shipping operations.

What you'll do

• Stack 50-pound bags on pallets and wrap pallets for shipping
• mix and blend fertilizer and ice melter materials
• operate and monitor machines
• use a forklift to move pallets and a front-end loader to transport bulk materials
• clean work areas and assist with inventory, groundskeeping, and other projects as needed.
